Once we receive an offer from a potential buyer, we will need to review all the terms of the deal closely. It’s not just price! There are many terms in any real estate offer, and understanding them is the first step to an effective negotiation. We make sure things like inspections, appraisals, title resolutions, buyer financing, seller concessions, exclusions, conditional sale contingencies, and many more terms, are properly contemplated prior to any counter offer we propose.

Closing the Deal

You’ve agreed to sell the house, in writing, congratulations! But even now, you may be 30-45 days away from when you actually sell the home and receive your check. Many hurdles exist between you and that check, and we make sure you are prepared clear them all. Our network of lenders, inspectors, contractors, insurance agents, and others give us the ability and our clients the confidence that after a home sells, it closes.
