Find the right property!

After determining what our clients are looking for and what they can afford, we identify properties and schedule private showings to tour homes that fit the bill. We can also explain the ins and outs of various properties and neighborhoods to help buyers decide which home is right for them by explaining the pros and cons of various options.


Negotiate the offer!

We advise clients on appropriate price and terms to offer and present it to the seller’s agent. We then negotiate on your behalf and write up the contracts for you. This is where the our experience in negotiating deals can save you money and help you avoid pitfalls like a fixer-upper that’s more trouble than it’s worth.


Close and Move in!

If things like home inspector’s report or appraisals bring new issues to light, we advise you on how to proceed. We want you to get to the closing table as hassle-free as possible and are with you every step of the way. When it’s all done, it’s moving time!
