Natalia helped my husband and I buy our first home. We had no idea where or how to start but she was great at asking... clarifying questions to help us start to narrow in on things that were important to us - like budget. She wasn’t pushy or dismissive of how much we could spend and made sure to stay within our range. She really let us drive the prospecting and we were able to reach her anytime we saw a house we liked and wanted to visit. And there were a lot! Natalia (and the rest of the team) helped us with purchasing our first home. She helped us navigate the online... listings, made great recommendations, and had great questions for us to help us discover what we were really looking for in a home. She accompanied us to open houses, set up private viewings for us, walked us step by step through the paperwork to ensure we were comfortable, and accommodated our busy schedules. And even when our schedules couldn’t align, Peter met up with us for a home showing. Even more, it was Natalia’s market awareness that helped us land our home. She saw the home pop up on the listings, saw that it met all of our needs, and jumped on it during a highly competitive time for home buyers to make sure we got it, and got it’s listing removed quickly (so we could keep it!).
